"I had an appointment with Dr Soule to follow up after an emergency hospital admit. One of the reasons I was discharged from the hospital was because they knew I was set for follow up care, which was absolutely required in my case. I had to wait three weeks for an appointment when I called them which was cause for concern but it was, supposedly, his first available. I received a message a week later saying that he would not be able to keep his appointment & to call to reschedule. I had other appointments to make so filled that slot and called Dr Soule to reschedule. At that point I was told that there had been an error and my appointment was fine. I had to call the other doctor I had put in that slot and reschedule him. The next day I get another call from Dr Soule saying no, he wouldn't be able to make that appointment - again. When I complained about all the confusion and rescheduling I was told I could take another appointment a week after the initial one or I could go elsewhere, it made no difference to them. They have got to be the most unprofessional and uncaring staff around. If I had any other option I would take it but I have to be seen and switching to another doctor at this point would just delay receiving care."
"I was introduced to Dr Soule while I was a patient at Canton-Potsdam Hospital while suffering from a second bout of bladder infection and sepsis. It was apparently his first week at CPH. The treating hospitalist was ready to discharge me with a course of standard oral antibiotics. He consulted with Dr Soule, who told him not to discharge me that day, but instead have a PIC line installed and embark on a two week course of home based Infusions. It worked very well and I have not had any infections over the past seven months. I am extremely pleased and fortunate that we have Dr Soule practicing at Canton-Potsdam Hospital."
