"Went in for a friend who had been sick for 2 weeks. Receptionist was snooty and short with us told us there were 5 people ahead of us with only 2 people in the waiting room. Said "we can help you with that but you'll have to wait" when asked how long the wait was receptionist said "don't know" when we asked if it would be an hour, he responded "maybe, maybe longer like I said I don't know." For urgent care they are NOT VERY URGENT OR UNDERSTANDING. Their bedside manner sucks. Will NEVER be stepping foot in there again"
