"I got the advice I needed for a red, swollen eyelid, and had a choice of times for a same-day appointment. Very nice! I was taken aback when I said I had a couple of more questions and the doctor interrupted me to say, "You're not here for that; this is an emergency appointment." I continued to finish the sentence and he said he couldn't answer any questions because he wasn't my regular doctor and I wasn't dilated. I continued to ask my very general questions, and in the end, he was able to answer. The fact that this happened 48 hours ago and it is still on my mind prompts me to make this review. There was nobody in the waiting room when I arrived or left, and one person had come in at the same time as I did. I've never had a doctor who wasn't glad to answer my questions, or at least listen to them!"
