"If I could add 0 starts I would. I wasn’t even able to step in the office because my appointment kept getting canceled. I called to explain to them they’re getting my information mixed up with my sister. And they’re deleting her records as well. And the lady on the phone had the audacity to say “ you’re sister should be more aware if she cancels you’re appointment “ when it’s their job to confirm the person canceling is the patient. That’s like me canceling a random patients appointment all I need is their name and birthdate. Who’s hiring these unprofessional people that don’t know how to do their job"

"I can not believe the rudeness of the lady who did not provide her name this morning who picked up the phone for appointments. Extremely standoffish and actually hung up on me for no apparent reason. After being a patient of Dr. Anthony Guida for decades, since the office was in West Islip, I will be looking for a new primary care. This office has forgotten how to treat patients. I used to drive 20 minutes to this office after moving. I will no longer being doing such and will be looking for a new primary care."

"My husband’s first visit here the staff was very dismissive. When they called to give him his results he had questions and the nurse said she’s not a doctor. Although we had this bad experience we still tried again. Now for his second visit he was a few minutes late the receptionist said he cannot be seen and the soonest appointment is in three weeks. He has pressing health concerns he even tried to reason with the staff and they were unsympathetic. We will never visit this office again!"

"I came here with a client of mine and her son, and it’s understandable if there is a two person limit that is being accepted in the facility but that was not disclosed when we called upon arrival when we told them how many person for the visit. They waited till the client and her son went in to tell me I have to wait outside of the building which is also outside of a waiting area, now mind you it’s 51 degrees on the colder side bc of the wind. These ppl have no heart whatsoever. There was no reason I couldn’t wait in that area till my client visit was over. It’s freezing out here."
