"Ever since moving to Long Island, I have been to multiple urgent cares (even known names within hospital systems) and this has been the best experience ever. This location meets the expectation of what medical care should be. From being able to book an appointment online or simply walking in, they are always prepare to take care of you as soon as possible. I have been here twice, and will continue going and recommending my love ones to go here. The office is super clean and the staff is always ready to assist. "08/30/2023 Update Nicole is the best! Went and got my rapid covid test yesterday, had my results in 25 minutes. The staff were great and informative.This literally is the best urgent care in Suffolk county I highly recommend."

"I went with a severe cough lasting a week with a fever. I couldn't go 2 minutes without coughing. They gave me a prescription for a cough medicine and a steroid. The cough medicine did nothing. They called me 2 days later and asked how I was doing so I told them and asked for a stronger cough medicine. I was then told that the PA I saw wouldn't be in again for over 2 weeks and the PA that was there then recommended an over the counter (weaker) cough medicine. Why are you following up with me if the PA who saw me isn't available to handle this for another 2 weeks and the person that is there isn't "comfortable" handling it. Not reliable if you have a follow up issue because your PA may not be back for weeks! And no one else wants to step in. Poor management. Plus there is never an MD there anymore. Gave them 2 stars because they are nice enough and the place is clean. They just can't follow up and seem very reluctant to prescribe anything of substance."

"The staff was kind and courteous. The P.A. Christine listened to the situation I had with my insurance and took it into account while treating me, and even called in another P.A. to take a second look. In this particular instance they needed to refer me to a specialist, only out of being cautious, which I totally appreciate. I felt like she went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning in the event I ever need to go to an urgent care again."
