"Not worthy of any stars at all ! Receptionists are HORRIBLE !! They are very disrespectful, very rude, and unprofessional. You would think because they work at a family Dr office they would know about manners, well think again! You ask them a question and instead of answering with manners they answer you by giving you and attitude and yelling at you. If these receptionists are not happy where they WORK then they should go find themselves another job."

"They’re very rude, unprofessional and irresponsible. Nobody here knows what they’re doing. My mother went for her follow up appointment after her endoscopy, Dr. Blanco makes her wait in the room because supposedly, he was going to go look at the computer for the results, instead Dr. Blanco starts seeing other people that came in AFTER MY MOTHER, when my mother, annoyed, gets up to leave, he tells her he has nothing from the gastroenterologist and that he doesn't know him. How come he doesn't know him when it was Dr. Blanco who gave my mother the referral to go see that gastro? Surprised, my mother asks if he can call the other Dr. and he says he can't because he's in surgery, but remember, “he doesn't know the doctor”. An absolute waste of time, my mother wasted over two hours of her day for nothing!! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"He’s a good doctor but his staff are horrible and very unprofessional. They ask you to hold when you call to then hang up on you. The waits for them to send a simple medication refill is absurd: 2 WEEKS! Go somewhere else!"

"Dr. Blanco has been my primary physician, on and off, for about 6 years. He is very attentive and professional, his medical care has always been optimal. However his time management in the medical office is extremely poor. You can easily spend 2 hours in the waiting room, even with a scheduled appointment."
