"At the emergency room last night for 4 hours. Everything took forever to complete, blood work was done and we had to wait on an ultrasound which we were told would take 2-3 hours. We needed up waiting two and got the ultrasound but the results would take another few hours. At this point, it’s past midnight. I was told by both doctors to sign into patient portal to view my results. If it’s not uploaded, I can call the ER in the morning to discuss the ultrasound results. Nothing has been uploaded and calling the hospital was an absolute horror.no one can give me the results, I was passed around to 4 departments and each told me to get to the next and the next until I got transferred to the same place as when I started. All to be told they can’t release the info over the phone. I called patient records and I had to email a signed copy for a release and I’ve spoke with them 4 times today and now it’s almost 5pm and I still never received an email with my results. I’m beyond frustrated with this place. But don’t worry, they still charged my insurance and billed the rest to me very quickly."

"ER experience was atrocious. Came with teen daughter in ambulance because she collapsed at home, yet it took over 4 hours to get treatment, and only because I asked to have her discharged. I couldn’t list all aspects of how frustrating our experience was. Desk staff completely disinterested, unprofessional and difficult. Nurse and doctor were attentive when they actually appeared, but took blood samples then never sent for analysis. After 5 hours, doctor finally showed and did chest X-ray. Why was that not ordered hours before? Daughter had fluid IV and began to feel better. After another hour and a half Waiting for doctor to look at chest x-ray we just checked ourselves out and left with no test results. Can’t believe my child was brought to a hospital in an ambulance and it took 4 hours and me threatening to discharge her myself to get any attention. After 6.5 hours had nothing but an IV and no COVID test results. Had to call from home for results for Covid and pneumonia and they said they would call us if anything was positive. I don’t even trust that they would. Would never go there again. I am so angry about our experience and how they treated my daughter I am going to write an official complaint. This review doesn’t capture how bad the situation actually was. I felt sorry for the other patients who had no one to advocate for them and were just lying there with no attention."

"Had a great experience today with all the staff. Only gave 4 stars, bc I’ve definitely experienced not so great help here as well. But when really busy, I suppose that can happen anywhere. Today on Christmas Day, I had to bring my father once again in for emergency care. All the staff: nurse assistant, nurses and the doctor, were so kind and attentive. Hopefully my father will have the same experience when admitted later."

"My wife and I just had our baby and the nurses (Rose C and Stephanie S in labor and delivery and Kate, Andrea and Donna in post delivery) Were so kind loving and truly helpful. They were there every single step of the way and made sure we knew we were safe. Special thanks to Abi Perez for always checking in and making sure we were comfortable. Dr. Stork is a miracle worker and I truly have everything to thank her for! Great hospital! I will always recommend"
