"My review is not based on the doctors but, its staff. I wish I could give them 0 stars! I normally go to the Patchogue office but today the doctor was at this office, they told me to go here. I called in the morning and made an appointment; I arrive at the office (which took me 20 minutes to get there) and the lady at the desk goes, Ive been trying to reach you to tell you that our office does not accept your insurance. I always had my phone on me and it always had service. There were no missed calls, not even a voicemail. Horrible! Im sorry Dr. Shikara, I have nothing against you but my family and I will not be seeing you again. Your receptions made you lose three patients."
