"What a fantastic experience my son and I had at lenscrafters today. I brought my very panicked son in at the last minute for an eye exam because he failed his clearance for sports physical for college. Genevieve was extremely helpful and booked the next available appointment for him. She even stayed late to make sure we had the correct forms for the doctor to complete his physical. Dr. Mo was very professional and thorough and signed off on my son's eye exam. Bryant was extremely patient and encouraging while assisting my son in putting in and taking out the new contact lenses for the first time. Olivia went above and beyond in checking us in and out for the appointment and ordering him new contact lenses and ensuring we got the best possible price. I now have one happy 21 year old! Thank you Lenscrafters, for calming my son down and constantly reassuring him that everything was going to be fine and that he would not miss playing his senior year of lacrosse!"

There was some confusion about my vision insurance coverage in their retail store for new lenses, with the salesperson who assisted me, but I got straightened out later with Joe. Great selection frames and lenses. Several large branches. I drive 45 min. each way to get there and it is worth it!!"
