"Horrible and very useless office staff. Not willing to help and has no concern empathy for patient. Office staff would not confirm insurance. Even though insurance company stated the doctor was covered. She chose to call the Magellan pharmacy number on our Insurance card and not United Healthcare. Out right REFUSED and stated I can’t help you. In a way this saved me a headache over time. When you are dealing with your child and their well being, this is not the additional stress you want to deal with."
