"Personally wouldn’t recommend. Was in his office with Dr. Kevin Shim unfortunately he likes to pressure you into doing something you don’t want. I understand a doctor is suppose to help you and recommend the best treatment for you, but when YOUR patient says NO or constantly has to repeat they do not want something or they are against certain things… You should not as a medical professional put pressure on them to do as YOU say. You should also not make comments to your patient as in “ I don’t know what to do for you “ just because the patient is in pain and is refusing to do something you are pressuring them to do. When caring for a patient it should not matter if their current treatment might take a little longer, AS LONG AS THE PATIENT IS OK WITH THAT…. THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS. We are not looking for quickness we were looking for HEALTH. The Patients care plan/treatment should be something THEY are comfortable with not just the doctor. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different!! and as a medical doctor you should know better on how to address situations like this. He tends to chuckle in a sarcastic way when you are asking questions which is actually very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Never met a health care professional like this honestly. Do better doc ALSO BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE A COPAYMENT MAKE SURE YOU PAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY WONT ASK YOU FOR IT AT CHECK IN OR CHECK OUT, IF YOU DONT MENTION IT YOU WILL GET A BILL."

"Had an appointment with Dr.Siegel for my step son my step son was so nervous .. Dr.Siegel made us feel very comfortable and took the edge off he is so sweet very professional .. The young lady upfront was also very patient with me as I forgot my new Ins card she gave me time to retrieve it online and we got called in quickly , everyone was very nice glad I went with this office . Quick and efficient"

"When calling for refill for prescription that was prescribed for 1 year..Ran out 6 months in..forced to get re-evaluated...double billing my insurance and me..Not Happy..Not understanding why..will find new Dr. Office...Big Miscommunication..Dr. Siegel LISTENED and corrected the situation..no fee for un needed appointment..explained he originally wrote script for 10 refills..CVS ?? I WOULD RECOMMEND Dr. SIEGEL..he listened"
