"I came to this doctor’s office thinking that Dr. leddy was one of the best doctors. Unfortunately I was wrong. I was here abt 2 weeks ago with uti symptoms. Dr leddy did a urine test & then they never called me for results so I had to call & they told me to come in. I go in the girls there said that the lab lost my urine sample. So Dr leddy had me do another test. He said I had white blood cells in my urine. For those who don’t know , when u have white blood cells in ur urine that means you have an infection in ur body. But did dr leddy prescribed me anything? Nope. I told him I was taking AZO for the mean time & instead of prescribing me some sort of antibiotics he let me go home & told me to keep taking AZO which wasn’t really helpful. 4 days past I didn’t hear from Dr leddy so I called & the RECEPTIONIST said everything was fine. I asked to speak w Dr. leddy & she said she was going to have him contact me but he never did. Truly didn’t know a receptionist can give results over the phone . Now unfortunately iam in the hospital due to the UTI I had that DR.leddy had pushed to the side. The uti infection went to my kidneys & now I’m suffering from these retarted actions. I definitely will be switching doctors. Everyone in this office sucks. Highly don’t recommend. They are the reason iam in a hospital bed. No accurate results & negligence. Melody Santiago!!!!!!!!"

"The supervisor called me and curse me out because I reported the office to my insurance because the secretary there cursed me out!. I feared for my safety being in this office so I switched doctors! Dr leddy is the worst Doctor ever he doesn't care for his patients."

"I have been a patient at dr Leddy for the last 10 years. It was great before but the last few years have been horrible. The receptionist are horrible !!. The wait time is longgggg!!!! Be ready to spend your whole day at the doctors office .They schedule you for 9am and tell you to come in at 8 ,the doctor doesn’t arrive till 8:30 . The doctor supposedly wants the patients there before he arrives .Since the patients have nothing better to do in their life. I was schedule for a sonogram at 9 and they didn’t start till 8:30 .when I asked at 9:40 how many patients are there before me they said 5 .when I asked how is that even possible when each sonogram takes 20-30 mins .all I was told is that is the doctors policy!!! They also have a lot of favoritism. They send in patients who came in after you before. If your appointment is at 1 you won’t be seen till 3-4!"

"The receptionist are extremely rude. Not only do they behave highly unprofessional and disrespectful. When you complain to the supervisor the supervisor lets them know of your complain and then they proceed to treat the patient poorly. The wait time is horrible and you never actually get to see DR. Leddy. I would not recommend this place of business and I hope they do a better job at training their receptionists. Disrespect will not be tolerated and every time I come across someone disrespectful or doing their job poorly I will be speaking to a supervisor because having worked in the medical field it is high unprofessional to have to deal with people that lack professionalism. People don’t go to the doctors because they feel well. I hope they do better because I am not the one."
