"I just went in at 1:45pm. I have called a few times to schedule an appointment and have been told this is a walk-in doctor's office only. So that is exactly what I did. I left work early after not feeling well at all and went straight to my doctor to get a check up to make sure everything is ok. I got in there were 2 ladies at reception. One was on the computer while the other was on the phone. I waited patiently until they where done doing whatever they were doing. She then asked what I was there for in which I told her I was a walk in and wanted to see my doctor. She is a thin 50-60 year old woman with long black hair and a tan complexion. She told me that the doctor was not taking anyone and that the office closed at 2pm. There were about 4 signs on the wall with THE TIMES that the office is open. On each sign it read that Fridays they close at 3pm. So I told her that that is not the hours they have posted on the walls. She then continues to say they close at 2pm she looks at the time on the computer and says oh its not even yet. I respond with yea so what do I do? And she just told me she was sorry that they cant take me. It took me MONTHS to find a female doctor because for personal reasons I prefer that. I finally found one with good ratings in my area only to find out that this office does not care about their patients. I felt neglected and rejected. I walked out furious that I was denied basic health care and I will not be coming back. I am so disappointed and I hope they take this review seriously. No one should ever feel like they are not important or that their health does not matter. ESPECIALLY at a doctor's office. Do better and prioritize your patients!"

She works with you to find the best solution for you and your specific needs, and she is friendly and one of the most down to earth doctors I have ever had."
