A proud native of Long Island and a graduate of the pediatric residency program, Dr. Jacobs returned home after completing his fellowship in adolescent medicine to serve the community that inspired his passion for healthcare.
Dr. Jacobs specializes in providing comprehensive care to adolescents and young adults, with a focus on mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. He is also deeply committed to sexual and reproductive health, caring for youth with chronic illnesses, and supporting transgender and other gender and sexual minorities.
