"Wow if I could give this place zero stars I would, front staff very nice but the “clinician” had no idea what she was doing. She told me that she can perform an exam but it wouldn’t make a difference, she had no idea what she was talking about and seemed more like a medical assistant than an actual doctor. The wait time made no sense seeing as I was the only person in the entire office. If you actually want to get treated I’d suggest you go some where else."

"This is the second time I have been to this office and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. They have the kindest staff, they are so incredibly sweet and caring. I felt so comforted and cared for. They helped me with everything I came in to accomplish. Thank you so much!"

"After s book the appointment i started getting random phones calls trying to scam me. I am very sure people who scheduled the appointment keep your private info. I wasn’t a new patient, they already have all my info and i was ask for my social security number. Very concerned"

"The old reviews are definitely for the old staff that used to be there because my experience every time I come to the patchogue location is always amazing. The ladies there are so nice and accommodating. I don’t have to wait long to be seen either. Danielle O. at the front desk was phenomenal. From the time I walked in she was polite and checked me in quickly. The assistant Yuri F. was just as phenomenal. Got me in to my room and was very nice and patient with me. Then the NP Ashley P. was awesome! So nice and talked me through everything. Answered all my questions and made sure I was ok throughout my appointment. I made sure I took down all their names. They made me feel real good. I commend these ladies. I could see their smiles through their mask. You can tell they really care about their patients and love what they do. I just wish people who have had good experiences would post more often so that these people can get the recognition they deserve. Also shout out to the call center. Every time I call they are polite and eloquent. When I need to speak with a nurse they call me back in less than 24 hours and they are just a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely visit this location again and again and again!"

"I should have listened to the reviews. I went in for a breast complaint. They asked if I was pregnant and I said no that's not possible, but they said they have to do a test anyway. Then the doctor tells me since I was vaccinated in the last 6 weeks they can't diagnose anything and to come back in 2 months if it's still bothering me. So a complete waste of time. Today I get a bill for $150. For what? The doctor told me I wasn't pregnant and that I had a vaccine recently. Two things I knew when I walked in the door. They 100% could have told me a vaccine would prevent them from providing an actual doctor's appointment, but scamming the patient was more important."
