"This office does not get enough applause. I have been coming here for years and I have to say that every physician and PA have been wonderful. The girls in the front are lovely, and the medical assistants are amazing courteous. I have no complaints and I love coming to the office and seeing all the providers. This office is such an amazing asset for the healthcare field and I will continue to come here for years to come!"
"Most doctors are amazing, very caring, and very knowledgeable. I will miss most of the doctors that work there. It always is the case, the 1 or 2 not as great people cause great distress to the many that are amazing. Unfortunately the front office is HORRIBLE and UNCARING and the owner is a poor example of what a doctor is suppoed to be. As a cancer patient, and just frest out of an emergency hospital visit (2 days prior), needed to see a primary, and instead I was asked to reschedule due to the office policy of late 10 minutes you won't be seen....btw...the office was empty except for me, (I'm sure that they had appointments scheduled in their book, none of which were present). How is that ok, in any way?!?! I have sat in that office, on time for my appointment, for at least an hour past my appointment, many times....I have felt that my time is not valued as much as i need to value the office! I don't agree, with how I was handled, especially but not only, because of the cancer at hand. It ended up being a blessing in disguise, I found an office that is absolute amazing, as this office may he for some, but is a much better fit for me and my needs. I was very unhappy with having been asked to reschedule due to the emergency at hand. Btw...the doctor did not even have the COURAGE to come out and speak to me, the patient, about the situation at all. That's so not ok. Also,.what I find interesting is that not ONE review has been addressed by the office at all (online), as though no one in the front office, or the owner cares [about what patients think or feel]. A poor reflection on the entire practice."
"I have been a patient here for over 12 years. I have not gone during covid. I called and needed an appointment and was told since I have not been there, I would be considered a new patient and they could not take me and they told me i should go to an urgent care. 12 years as my primary care and now I am in search of a new one."
"I had an appt yesterday with Dr Raza. They suggested I go home to await my results which would take approximately 15 minutes. I was assured they would call me. After an hour, I hadn’t received a call so I called them. I was told the results but no more, so I asked about medications being called in to my pharmacy. The girl on the phone said she didn’t see anything in my records but that she would send the dr a message. I asked how long the dr would be in and was told 4:30. At 4 I still hadn’t been notified about medications so I called again and now the phones were off! I called my pharmacy and was told that no medications had been sent! I was feeling very unwell so I felt I had no choice but to now go to CityMD for help. I had a more thorough exam there and got medication right away. This morning I received a call from Dr Raza apologizing and stating she had a family emergency which prevented her from completing my medication referral. I told her that I understand emergencies happen but that someone else in their large staff should have followed up on her patients if she was unable. Now I had to pay another copayment and don’t feel I should have to pay their office since they failed me. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with medication not being sent to my pharmacy! I also messaged Dr Doucet since this is her practice, and so far have not received any response. This does not leave me feeling confident in the care I receive from this office."
"I have been going to this medical office for 3 years. Always fast and courteous service at the front office. I've never had a billing problem. Dr Wang answers my calls promptly. Less than 2 minute wait for BP, pulse and weight check. Doctors are very polite and knowledgeable"
