"I recommended a friend to go here. While making the appointment on the phone she informed her symptoms were shortness of breath due to a prescription unrelated to covid all was ok. She received a email of a negative test from City MD before her appointment with Gooden. Upon arriving she told the clerk why she was here and immediately told her to stand in the cold for 35 mins then finally refused to treat her and sent her home because she did not have a physical sheet of the negative results, and told her it's not their problem and don't come back until her symptoms were gone. Which was the reason for visit as well as a annual check up. At my surprise she called me upset and in disbelief as my experience with the doctor herself has been good, I'm shocked at the lack of communication between staff as my friend had booked the appointment in advance and notified the reason for her visit prior."
