"I was horrified (mostly of anesthesia) because this was my first serious procedure ever, and all the staff in this office were beyond AMAZING they made me literally feel loved and like family! They didn’t baby me, they treated me like a human and made me laugh and gave the most uplifting vibes! I had Dr. Pillai who was amazing but I’m sure all of the doctors are phenomenal too. They comforted me and then when it was time for procedure they put me out so quickly that I didn’t even have time to panic… 1 second later I was awake and all done! The best endoscopy experience I think I could’ve ever had."
"I have had Ulcerative Colitis for over 40 years so I had a Colonoscopy on Friday 1.26.24. It was a great Experience primarily due to the Incredible Staff for Dr. Chandy and Dr. Sano. I was nervous as many are for this procedure but the Nurses and Staff and Dr. Sirly the anesthesiologist did a great job. The Staff and Nurses were not only kind but showed great empathy for my concerns and answered all my Questions. Loide, Nurse Bella and Tara, Amanda, Danny who assisted and of course Dr. Sano made the experience pain free and easy. Nurse Tara and Bella helped me to the car since I have trouble with my leg unrelated to the procedure and my Buddy George who drove me was amazed at how much personal Compassion was shown. The entire staff was really top notch and Excellent."
"I highly recommend this center for an Endoscopy procedure. The nurses Elliot and Caroline were extremely courteous and efficient. The anesthesiologist was terrific and the procedure was seemless, done in 10 minutes. Overall a very good experience."
