"I have not been having a great experience with, who i was told was the owner of this company. Giovanni. It was claimed that i had recieved services that i did not recieve. I actually refused those services 98 percent of the time. But They claim the services were provided to me. Which i have evidence in writing and other evidence that shows i was not even in the office long enough time to recieve the services they claimed they gave me. I willingly refused those services. So i was seen for about 10 minutes and worked on for only about 10 minutes per 98 percent of my sessions. So. Does this mean they are claiming they did services on me which i unwillingly wanted? I have evidence of this. And when i tried to contact Giovanni with my evidence and explain to him. He completely ignored me. And when i wrote back to him. He now is stating that i need to put him on my do not call do not text list. Or he will be contacting the authorities. So. If you have an issue with this company. Its best to contact an attorney. And keep proof of measages back and forth. He threatened me with the authorities when his company claimed they did services they did not do. If you have the same concerns.
