"Irresponsible had a at home appt with a rep to resolve an issue that my Insurance was dropped due to their under knowledges the rep never showed never called . Customer service is a joke nothing but a run around"

"This company needs to reverse course to cover ALL these meds and vitamins that our doctors prescribe, not selectively say "oh that's not an essential," or "oh that's available over the counter you can pay for that yourself." This patient -me- needs a lot. Emblem health has been severely cutting back on what it covers. And it is NOT only me. They sent a mailer earlier this year. I was able to receive two meds no questions asked in March - now suddenly "nope! we wont even hear it" I CANNOT AFFORD otc meds or co-pays. Shape up."
