"We found the office manager here (Kellianne Messina) and Dr. Faiza Ali very unreasonable, uncaring, really rude and mainly after making money from the patient, at the expense of the patient's health, and without any regards to the seriousness of the health situation of the patient. Others have also noticed similar poor behaviors from this office. Kellianne (who works under the supervision of Dr. Faiza Ali), nastily attempted to block access to important medical reports, which were needed by both the patient and the doctors who were specialists with whom the patient had appointments. Instead of providing the reports to the patient when asked, Kellianne tried to force really unnecessary and unfruitful appointments on the patient with her office, without any respect for the patient's schedule, health condition, rights, and time, and through yelling. Her behavior has been very rude, aggressive, disrespectful and wrong. If you need follow-ups, or a bit of long-term care, or have a serious condition, I would NOT recommend or trust Dr. Faiza Ali. Be very careful. In my case, after some meetings, once Dr. Ali is sure that you are continuing with her, she will really abuse her position and take advantage of your condition and harm you at critical times. I had a very serious procedure scheduled at the hospital. The hospital knew that I had a PCP. The personnel from the hospital called me and said that I should bring a Rapid Covid 19 test result, from any of the reliable locations that is near me and with which I am comfortable. That is just hospital policy before any procedure/surgery. I also needed important imaging done before the procedure. I called Dr. Ali to get a prescription for a rapid COVID-19 test, and get a script for the imaging. However, she told me that the COVID-19 test be taken at her office. (Now that I think of it, it was of course monetary gain for her). Since, the other reliable lab was closer to me and open on Saturdays, and I had already spoken to them, I told her that I just wanted a referral for the rapid COVID-19 test, and I will take it at the other lab. Dr. Ali extremely rudely, and disrespectfully said that she will not give me the needed referral, and very rudely, nastily, and unprofessionally and uncaringly hanged up the phone on me. I couldn't even get to the imaging part that I needed. This is despite that she is fully aware of my serious health condition, how necessary the upcoming procedure is for my life, and the limited time we have before the procedure. This was just bullying, abuse of power and incompetence. She was also consistently breaking me when I was speaking and was making it difficult for me to speak. I was also astonished with her incompetence that she was displaying about not understanding the simple rapid COVID-19 test. I was disappointed in her unwarranted, rude, disrespectful, incompetent, abusive, harmful and greedy actions. I am glad I dumped her from being my PCP, despite that I have my hospital procedure soon, and I chose a different PCP. Good Riddance. Her behavior is NOT at all that of a competent, good and caring doctor, particularly at a critical time when care is needed the most."
