"I am truly at a loss of what I am supposed to do as I have tried many things to no avail. I am disheartened and very upset feeling like my PCP would not like to help me. First, I chose this doctor because he speaks russian, it's my preferred language, and his office is not so far away from my house. At the beginning he seemed very nice. I'm over 60 and have some problems with my health. I visited him 4 times. He took all necessary tests, and I also brought all my previous tests results from other doctors. How many times does the doctor have to see the patient to make the right diagnosis? I needed to fill out some questionnaires from my doctor for social security disability. He didn't want to give it to me. Second, I did not feel good. Had a fever, sore throat and all symptoms like angina. I called and asked for a video-telephone appointment, because in such conditions I will not be able to come by myself. He refused to talk to me, even for 5 minutes. I just needed some prescription from him. What kind of doctor is he? Finally, I had a talk with another doctor, and she sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy. I will never go to Edward Strogach again. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone."
