"This was the worst experience i’ve ever had. Doctor was rude, dismissive and judgmental!! I went into this appointment to help with my anxiety and came out 10 times WORSE. She did absolutely nothing while barely making any eye contact with me for the short 10 minutes she spent with me. After reading reviews I know im not the only one who has struggled with this doctor. After my appointment I felt it was only right to file a complaint. All other staff was amazing and the manager was very helpful to me after hearing about my displeasure with this doctor."

"I dont understand these negative reviews. She doesn't sugar coat anything, as she shouldn't as a doctor. It's not lack of compassion that people are stating, it's called blunt honesty. I found her very helpful and refreshing. I found my new primary personally, no need to beat around the bush, tell me what's wrong, what I have to do, she does what she needs to do. If you need someone to tell you you're just big boned probably not your doctor."

She failed to take any of my complaints/concerns seriously, and instead gave me unsolicited advice about my personal life. The front desk staff is also not friendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend going to this office."

"Dr. Michele Baltus has been my PCP for a while now, and I’ve never felt like she was helpful, patient or had any bedside manners. I only see her once a year so I didn’t think to get a new PCP until an incident that took place last week. I made an appointment with her to discuss medication options, and instead of doing her job as a physician and going over each option with me she said “do your own research and pick one”. I’m not in medicine nor am I comfortable doing my own research on medications. When I told her I wasn’t comfortable with doing my own research because I’m not familiar with medical terminology, she responded with “you can translate it in your spoken language, Arabic”. Not only was she dismissive, she was also extremely rude to assume I don’t understand English which I very much do. When I took a look at the visit summary that day, she wrote that I got frustrated and left the room when asked to do my own research. I am beyond frustrated with her at this point for wasting my time and not doing her job as my PCP. I have now decided that I truly need to do my own research for a new doctor. If you are looking for a physician with good bedside manners, who will explain things to you as a PCP should, I do not recommend her."
