For runners, our clinic offers gait analysis and specific exercises to improve running technique, balance, and mobility. This proactive approach not only enhances muscle memory but also reduces the risk of common running-related injuries, ensuring you can continue running effectively for years.
Our skilled therapist, Jeanine, holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has been with JAG for three years. She specializes in post-operative care for lower extremities, including Total Knee Replacement and ACL reconstruction. Outside of work, Jeanine enjoys traveling and exploring diverse cuisines.
