"DON'T EVER GO THERE! He is not a professional left me with nothing and mind you I didn't have insurance so I paid out of pocket and all he did was ent me home. Long story short, It was during covid season and i had a sore throat all i need was something for my throat but because i had all the symptoms of covid (mind you i checked before going andi was negative) I could barely speak and instead he gave me a lecture and said "what if we all get sick because of you" and in my head I'm like if you took the shot then you're fine but he was given me attitude and send me back because i had to wait until all these symptoms. MIND YOU I was in pain with my throat. He didn't help, I left and the next doctor prescribe me medicine and then i was all fine. THIS DUDE REALLY isn't professional. He has not empathy at all. I cannot and this was years ago too but i forgot to post about this. I do not recommend this place at all."

"I just left their office and met Dr. Diagostino and his assistant Stephanie. They both completely went out of their way to help me get my medications and call tons of pharmacies and help me. I was not in a good place but these two today made my day. Both exceptional caring people and my god Stephanie is an example of one of the most caring patient and understanding person I have ever come across. This wasn’t my primary but now will be after the time and work they put into me today. However, the receptionist can go. Not very friendly and kind of passive aggressive"

"This “medical office” is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Not only do they not reserve dates made a month in advance during this pandemic, but they failed twice consecutively. My father lost 2 days of work and when I attempted to voice my reasonable frustration in person, the receptionist (who is a slightly heavy-set brunette) refused to take accountability, blatantly condescended my father and shamefully diverted the blame to her colleagues. I’m not sure if I’m more embarrassed at how pathetic and inept this “medical office” is or just gravely concerned at how they willingly accept compensation for below mediocre service while their patients lives hang in the balance."

"Really unpleasant & frustrating experience. I was brought to a room, after some administrative issues were sorted out, met with the nurse/assistant who was excellent & attentive. Then a full hour went by while I waited in the room alone. I finally come out to see my doctor sitting at his desk across the hall chatting with another assistant. He finally comes in & says the office was just so busy, & sorry for the wait. He repeated questions numerous times & absolutely disregarded my responses each time. He appears utterly inept & I was left wide-eyed at his total disregard & inability to stay present in the conversation. Actually seems pleasant enough a person somehow, but totally lacks respect for other people's time... Really disappointing for someone that I'm supposed to trust with my health & wellness. I hope that assistant knows her worth & is satisfied wherever she ends up."

"Came here because I just moved to the area and am seeking a new primary care physician. The doctor that saw me was totally inept. I brought medical info. filled out a lengthy form with all medical history. The assistant asked all the questions again. Then the doctor walked in and had no clue why I was there. He gave no examination i.e. looking in my ears or mouth or any other part of my anatomy except for listening to my heart for a second. I have chronic pain and brought an MRI reading. I assume he didn't know what any of it meant. He wouldn't prescribe ibuprofen telling me to get it over the counter and pay rather than have it covered by my insurance. Would not give me needed referals for podiatrist or therapist. Huge waste of time. Zero stars."
