"The receptionists in the front are rude and ignore you. My son’s appointment was for 11:15 am and we were not seen until 1pm. On top of that, the receptionist told me that my insurance was inactive. Therefore, I had to come out of pocket for the visit. I called my insurance, and they verified that my insurance is active."

"Front office staff does not acknowledge you when you come in. Not friendly or approachable. The wait to see a doctor is insane. The office is in poor condition. Not very clean. Doctors are dismissive. If you have the opportunity to go to this office… DON’T!"

"Probably the worst place to take your kids I’ve been waiting over an hour to be seen and I called with my daughter having to be picked up for vomiting at school all day and she’s 4...this is unacceptable they haven’t called any patients in over 30 minutes and the front desk girl has a nasty attitude horrible place"

"I called for an appointment for my daughter who woke up with a fever. I was told I could bring her in at 230. I got to the office at 215 and then sat there for over an hour until 345 and they didnt call in a single patient. Come to find out the entire staff went to lunch!!!!!! With an entire waiting room filled with people! How do you schedule an appointment then go to lunch??? It took them from 215 to 340 to even call me to an exam room. Have now been sitting in exam room for an additional 25 minutes still waiting. This place is ridiculous."
