"Dr. Sabater is amazing. I have been her patient since 2002. Always caring and available to answer questions even if I walk in without an appointment. For the entire time I have been Dr. Sabater's patient, I have known her office manager, Doris, to be polite, caring and friendly. And she is always an enormous help whenever i have had insurance issues, need Rx's refilled, referrals to be faxed to specialists, etc. She is has always been an incredible help. I love them both and consider them my family."

"if i can give this place 0 stars i would just because the receptionist should not be working here since she does not have customer service skills. My mom has been going to Dr. Sabater for quite some time and she loves the Doctor. When i turned a certain age i received new insurance cards with this doctor and i was excited to come to the same doctor my mom is always raving about. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said she needed to speak with the doctor to see if they'll accept me. cool np. call a few weeks later (today) and let me tell you, I've worked retail management for almost 7 years and i know someone who doesn't have people skills, customer service skills, or even human etiquette. She proceeded to get extremely nasty with me over the phone telling me that the doctor is not accepting any new patients, (I called my insurance provider in which they told me the doctor has not closed her book with the insurance.) I told her i will speak to my mother because i know there was a conversation involved with my mother and the doctor and she proceeded to say theres nothing that my mother could do. OK SIS. I WILL STILL SPEAK WITH HER. and I hung up on her. This lady is extremely rude. How is it that people like this work in places where you need to speak to people in a nice way? Find yourself a man and get laid, you roach. :)"
