Comfort Dental Clinic - Fort Lee Dentist

"Dentists and hygienists are kind and good. However, the Korean receptionist working at the front desk on Saturday is very rude and absolutely refuses to listen to the opinions of the customer. I only made the appointment for the regular cleaning for my husband. Receptionist told me that my husband had to get the exam too. I told her he recently got a exam from his dentist's friend so don't want to get check up again but she was like "That exam was not done at our clinic so he has to get a exam here again" I told her again that I made the appointment for cleaning only and she was like “6 month checkup is mandatory in our clinic.” (With a rude tone of voice) Okay, I understand but customer refuses to get exam why is she forcing so much? So my husband ended up getting an unnecessary check up again and pay extra for that. This is so sad that I like the dentists and hygienists here but will change the clinic due to the rude receptionist."

She is kind, caring and most importantly, she takes a very good care of your teeth. She tends to all of your concerns and thoroughly explains how you can better clean your teeth. All of the staff in the front are very accommodating and the dentists (I see Dr. Kim & Dr. Yoo) provide high quality care. Highly recommend this office if you are in need of a dental office!!"
