It's a shame that my family and I were patients of Dr. Ramirez, he is a good Doctor, an excellent person, but we had to leave due to the staff's lack of respect for the patients. They have a nasty attitude, especially Dayanna, Danny and the Puerto Rican girl. They do not provide good service, they have a bad attitude, they speak badly, without respect for patients. To contact the Office you have to call 2 consecutive weeks and you still cannot communicate, you have to go directly to the office, the messages you leave for the doctor he never receives, because they do not write them down. It is very sad that Doctor Ramirez is losing his patients. I hope everything works out, maybe I'll go back to the doctor. I feel sorry for the older patients because they treat them like garbage, they have no respect for those poor gentlemen, it makes me angry how they treat them, at least I tell them to talk to me with respect, if they don't like their work, then let them know. retire or learn to provide excellent service."
