"The Doctor is very good but the workers, the people who answer the phone is very unethical, unprofessional and rude; they don’t even know how to say good morning! Front desk and people who answer the phone is the face of any type of business whether it’s a medical clinic or a company. They represent the establishment. These people needs proper training and they need to be train for phone etiquette if they will work in answering patients phone call. They can give a bad name for the doctor and the clinic itself!"

"The lady at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. I was referred here for my son for important testing. The lady was yelling and giving me attitude telling me at I was at the wrong location which in fact I was. I had to call the number on the paper to confirm it and I was told I am in the right location. The lady refuse to help me. Or let me sign my son name. My son missed a whole day of school for nothing. This appointment was to check to see if he had fluids in his brain. I would never come to this place again. Completely horrible experience ever."

"Terrible service and they find any way to take your money. I asked for my medical records that I lost and they told me they wouldn't release my OWN records unless I paid $80. They may be cheaper than other places but you get what you pay for!! Wouldn't recommend to any family or friends."
