"Speaking from my personal experience- I do not recommend Dr. Cohen. I saw him in February 2024 and he told me everything was perfect with my ears. I came to find out today after seeing another Otolaryngologist that there in fact is something major going on with my ears. My hearing is not "perfect", I have hearing loss. The office is well maintained and beautiful reception area but, I do not recommend this practice if you have a concern. I made the extra drive to WPH and the service there is outstanding. Ive gone 3 months based of Dr. Cohens diagnosis feeling drained and overwhelmed with how my daily life has been changing. Today is the first day I finally understand what's happening thanks to doctors at WPH."
"My experience with Dr. Steven I. Goldstein was the worst of my life, that man had no empathy with me, he did not bring me the translator when I told him that I did not speak English well, he did not listen to me when I spoke with him, he ignored my questions, He cleaned my ears, causing me terrible pain to the point that it made me scream and cry and he didn't even apologize. I went because I have a problem with one nostril and I don't breathe well due to a bad surgery years ago and according to him everything was perfect. He told me to come back in two weeks but I wasn't crazy, I wouldn't go back, I'm going to go to another specialist without a doubt. I had to go to urgent care the next day because I had pain in my face, head and throat and I even thought I had ruptured my eardrums."

"As we entered, I saw space. Brightness, organizatio, front desk lady professionally, directed me to next window. Another lady, spoke professional and answered all my questions. I am satisfied and then waited to be called for my mom. The inside staff talked professionally, directed us to sound room but waited for the doctor in another room. I am satisfied. Plus, it smelled good in the back. Thank you all!"
