"The doctor is experienced and presents with a warm bedside manner. However, does not understand negative experiences of his patients and takes responsibility when confronted by the treatment of one staff member. For years in dealing with this particular person, I have encountered rudeness, hostility and discrimination. Whether it is a phone call, greeting at the reception or making an appointment, this woman is rude, argumentative and condescending. She has violated the patient privacy act by speaking about patients in a personal way (the waiting room is small and conversations are easily overheard). Always about me when I am there. I never look forward to going here but value the doctor’s expertise. The overwhelming discomfort and the constant feeling of animosity is present each visit and interaction. These issues were directed to the doctor on many occasions and never rectified. I can understand her skills in medical billing may be an asset for the doctor but professionalism and customer service skills are left to be desired and an even bigger asset when working with the public."
