"Just go up the block to montefiore! This hospital is dirty & staff is rude. Went on 9/21 and the iv stand they had my husband using wasn’t cleaned since 9/18. Had hair hanging off it. The room was not even properly cleaned, had the last persons pillow still in the room, even the custodian was surprised the pillow wasn’t ours."
"Worst hospital ever! My appointment was at 11 am. An hour and 30mns has gone by and nobody called me! I went up to the desk to speak with the clerk but that girl was already prepared to pour her nasty attitude towards me. They have a poor customer service!"
