"Place is great with the blends on peanut punch ...ect. The only gripe I have is that after spending a lot of money, if one of the bottles falls out the plastic bag in front of the shop, you have to purchase another half gallon of punch. Sometimes its ok to show a bit of mercy."

"This place has everything you need in a family health food store. Serving this community for over 40 years. With herbs and natural remedies that can heal your family from many ailments. God bless Brother Roy and his amazing wife they have passed this place on to the next generation of the family. Between vaughn and the rest of the grands nephews and younger generation, they are doing a great job filling in some big shoes. This place has all you can think of from sour sop Irish moss and plenty of protein drinks and powerful all natural healthy drinks and herbs and information that only this place knows how to pass it on the way the ancestors did trust me they do it all. "Green Garden aka Brother Roy. I've been going to this store for as long as I can remember. Everyone behind the counter has knowledge of what is available in the store and you can pick their brains about what ails you and what to take to treat or cure your ailments. One of my personal favorites is the Cashew Pep. It is what it's called and does what it is. Lol a nice cashew infused drink that gives you a much needed boost of energy. A burst of energy. A pep! Located in the Bronx, on White Pains Rd, off Gunhill Rd. Definitely a hidden gem. Just don't get too much Cashew Pep. Leave some for me!! See you there!!"

"I have been a patron of this establishment for many years. They know their business. I highly recommend them for all your health food needs. I moved to NJ, but anytime I am in the Bronx I make it my business to stop by and get a cashew pep, veggie patties and banana cake to take home. Give them a try you won't regret it. "Who got the now? Green Garden Health Food does. When I'm in the area I get the vegetable juice it's a mix of carrots, celery, beets, ginger, kale and apple. They also sell healthy items in the back. The items include teas, herbs, oils, supplements, food; even refrigerated items cheeses, drinks and ice cream. And its 1 block from the Gun Hill Station."
