"1st. I would like to say that as a current & frequent visitor that appreciate and am grateful for the thought, commitment and care that went into making the organization a actual place for individuals that have or is currently having mental health concerns/needs. Assistance with employment &/or help with creating/updating resume. Provide referrals if need be to available organizations/programs that can assist the member if need be. I would also like to say that if this placed were to close, (not that there’s a sense of genuine care or energy being driven through-out the facility). In a positive, and in my opinion, it will forcefully guide former clients to make a improve more so than become unsuccessful. I also believe it will build a stronger sense of awareness and community among the facilities former members. On the negative, being one of the only organization’s/program’s that centers it’s mission around the wellness of the “community”. Members in need of addiction help, housing/sheltering, document assistance, employment assistance, basic computer knowledge and advocacy will no longer have sufficient access. While this is an opinion based (not solely) on my personal experience, research and feedback from clients experiencing similar experiences under different circumstances at different times. I gave 2 stars because I’m disappointed in the lack of an actual “plan”, passion or enthusiasm. Thank you for your patience, my opinion is to help not offend."
