"Great office experience. Dr. Vinod was prompt, very courteous and explained everything very well. However the setting of colonoscopy appointment has taken forever. We’re at day 7 since my office visit and I haven’t had the scheduler call me to set up the appointment. I had called 2 days back to see if I can speak with the scheduler myself but the person on the call was not very helpful. Hence the 3 stars."
