"The front desk never updated my sons group number on insurance. Billing dept is worse my insurance called them to clarify an issue about claim being denied. I was on the phone and my insurance gave the employee a reference # she never updated my chart. I had to call 3 times and I had to call my insurance to get the reference # again. Because eventhough they took notes in chart can’t put account on hold without reference # employer should of known that since we brought issue to them before the EOB went to them. Dr Leyva to top it off can’t help with my son’s unexplained abdominal pain. Sending back to pediatrician and just pushing us off don’t know how to treat him."

"This review is specifically for Dr.Danzig only. Horrible experience. Spends 5 minutes with you when you come for an appointment. Doesn't give you a moment to think and ask questions. It was extremely difficult to make an appointment even when he recommended I come in 3 weeks. Why are you advising appointments if there are none? Staff was very rude, trying to push virtual appointments. He did not call to explain test results, rather made his office staff call me and they were unable to answer any questions. Just let me know the test was "negative" so everything is great. NO everything is not great because I am in pain that you are ignoring. Dismissive and to top it off prescribed me a medication, AGAIN through a phone call with his office staff who cannot answer any questions or provide any context. Upon a quick Google search the medication has clear interactions with my current medications that are on file. Obviously he is not spending any quality time reviewing a patient's case. I recommend you stay far away and find a doctor that acts like they care about their patients."

"Every experience is a successful experience here. The Dr's are very educated, experienced and they speak to you in a way that you leave their office knowing exactly what's going on. I listened to my dr here and right now I am no longer pre-diabetic, my blood pressure was normal, I lost 18lbs so far, my blood pressure was normal as was my cholesterol. Im grateful and because I listened, I'm succeeding."

"I have to make a decision about going back to this office. I love MIchelle however the mistakes by the office staff is terrible. I was told I needed blood taken to renew my prescription however without the blood test they sent a renewal? When going to my appointment for the blood test the rude girl said no info was sent she made one call and one computer entry and proceed to talk to her friends The one friend pulled up his pant leg and applied medicine to his leg right in waiting room. After 15-20 minutes she finally made another call however never told the person I was waiting long for the test. How do I trust this type of employee with my medical information? Summit has taken the best doctors office and made it the worst !!!"

"My mother in law had a follow up visit at this location at 11:40am. My husband was then notified that her appointment was canceled because she needed to go to an urgent care to get negative covid results. Fine she did that pcr and rapid both negative. Then they said to me that she wasnt allowed to bring another person into the visit with her, but in a previous conversation at summit medical in clifton told me she was because she didnt know the language. Then i was told summit Clifton and summit Fairlawn follow two seperate protocals and two seperate policies. I found that very strange. Its the same company just different locations. So at this point im so confused and so upset that i contact the clifton office one more time to explain everything that just happened and the person on the phone too was confused and again told me one person was allowed in the office with her and that all summits follow same protocal and same policy? So what happened here? The final thing that was told to my husband was that they do not do visit only for covid, but yet my husband (her son) was at the clifton office waiting to be seen by the doctor for the same situation. I am absolutely so disgusted at how this was handled. I would never ever recommend someone to go to this location. There was no reason for my mother in law to get treated this way. I spent 40 minutes of my time making sure that everything will be fine for her appointment. I've been going to submitt medical in clifton for many many years and this NEVER happen. This is sad. You guys need to do better."
