"Dr. Azeez needs to see a doctor himself because his own mental facilities seem down himself! First off, he is not as thorough as a doctor of his caliber should be. When I went to do a check up for my husband, he did not do a thorough evaluation - there were alarming values in my husband’s lab results that were blatantly not followed up upon. This is honestly negligence on his part, and he should retire."

"DO NOT VISIT THIS QUACK DOCTOR I WISH I COULD RATE HIM A NEGATIVE 0. HE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. HE STATED THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM MIND YOU HIS OFFICE CLOSES AT 6PM AND I HAD TERRIBLE PAIN AT 9:45PM. THIS DOCTOR IS LIKE 100 YEARS OLD AND IS VERY INCOMPETENT. HE STATED THAT THE UNION GETS MAD WHEN HIS PATIENTS GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THE UNION SAYS TO THE DOCTOR I AM A PATIENT IN PAIN. THIS DOCTOR SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS"

"Been a long time patient with Azeez. Well this visit was horrible. I understand that its a doctors office with sick people there but at least have a Purell dispenser available to sanitize your hands. There is none. One bathroom to be shared with all the sick patients. No hand towels in the bathroom. Waited over an hour to be seen, and the staff is useless. Patients are allowed to do what they want such as a very sick woman taking her shoes off and putting her nasty bare feet up on the chair next to her. Asked the staff to address her about this and nothing was done. I don't go to the doctors office to get sick from other patients and be disgusted by there inappropriate behavior as well. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!"
