Mount Sinai Doctors - Scarsdale

"Recommendation - go to another doctors group. Used to be a good group, now it is a factory, you are a number and you are not able to see your primary care doctor when sick. My wife has been sick for 3 days with 102 fever, cough, etc. We arrived at 1pm to utilize the new walk-in urgent care and was told the earliest to be seen is 2pm. Since the doctor is now going to lunch at 1pm. We’ll 2pm came and went. When I asked a 2nd time at 2:30 as to why we are still waiting ? I was told the doctor is still in there with his previous patients and the last one being at 1:40pm. ???? Ugh I thought the doctor was at lunch?? The wife was called in at 1:45pm and I requested to go along and was told by the triage nurse in red scrubs that she would come get me after my wife has her first evaluation as I wanted to speak with the doctor regarding the symptoms After my wife’s initial exam she mentioned to the triage nurse to please go to the waiting room and ask my husband to come in. The triage nurse never did this. Disrespectful ignoring the Patient request Oh btw The doctor mentioned he never took lunch today. Seems like this office has a major Communication issue that management really needs to address as it Is having an impact on how it is serving the patients. The question is who is in charge? As it doesn’t seem anyone on site is"

"Dr. Paul Tomaszewski is a good orthopedic. Sad to hear that he is no longer at this location. Dr. Arshia Nishat is the best! She’s very empathetic to her patients and has great bedside manner. She is very thorough with explaining health details so we as the patient understands everything fully. My family and I love coming here for our checkups because in the health care system there can be unconscious & conscious bias towards BIPOC patients from the Non-BIPOC doctors. The front desk staff and nurses are very nice. I’d recommend Dr. Arshia Nishat to fellow BIPOC!"

"Review for Dr. Levine and Scarsdale location: Great location and easy parking. Friendly and professional staff. Extremely clean, bright, and open area. It's a great facility for those who dread huge hospitals or medical facilities. I travel from another state and over an hour to see Dr. Levine and it’s worth it. He has been my Cardiologist and patient advocate for 10 years. Dr. Levine listens to you and you immediately you see his brain going to work. He thinks outside the box and has always been right when other Doctors have been wrong. I honestly don't know what I would do without him. I trust him so much that I have referred 3 of my loved ones to him over the past 10 years."
