"I have been waiting for a call back for a WEEK for my mom’s MRI results. Shirley (NP) was given the message and said she was” too busy” to return my call. The admins I spoke to were very helpful, but I really need to speak to a doctor at this point to get some answers. And Shirley needs to go back to school if she thinks treating patients like they’re an annoyance is acceptable."

"Just like the last two post regarding the office staff they are so rude and unprofessional. I called and left messages for my doctor and never received a call back from doctor. Granted they could the doctors fault but I also left them with receptionist and still didn’t get a call back. I called again to inquire about having an rx filled for the first time they said oh have to call the prescription line ok they transfer me but no one picks up that line n it doesn’t have a voice mail option. I hung up and call back the office again hoping to get it resolve another way, now there is not answer from the receptionist at all it’s like they know I was calling back I swear. I called an additional two extra times and nothing. Never had this experience with an office, mind boggling I’m telling you."
"Suffern office rude as can be my son had brain scan almost 2 weeks still waiting to hear from Doctor. Very unprofessional now headed to NYC for some real Doctors what actually care. My son isn't any better and Doctor wanted to keep in touch by phone well guess what 2 weeks late. Oh he called 10 pm at night. Never called again until I asked for our medical records. Still heard nothing smh ."
"I have never had such an awful experience with a medical practice before. I have been attempting to see a doctor at this practice since the spring of this year. It took me months to obtain a first appointment only to have it cancelled on me. Not only was it cancelled, but I received the cancellation call before 8am by the office a couple days prior to the appointment with no reason why. When I asked how to go about rescheduling they indicated I could come in that day instead at 11am. I indicated I would need to take time off from my job to go to the originally scheduled appointment and could not do the same on such short notice. They indicated they would call me back to reschedule with a different day. I instead had to call them to reschedule the appointment they cancelled. The day of my appointment arrived and I was on my way to the office which I had never been to and there was unfortunately some traffic. I called the office immediately and indicated I would be there momentarily. They responded that if I was not there in ten minutes they would cancel on me even if I arrived. They refused to let me speak with the doctor indicating that I was a new patient and was not entitled to do so. While I understand the need to adhere to schedules as these are busy medical professionals, I believe this same respect and courtesy was not given to me. Unfortunately, this unprofessional interaction has deterred me from placing my trust in this medical practice and I will now have to seek an alternative."
