"I’m giving 1 star because it’s the lowest rating I can give. This place is very unprofessional. I live an hour away and drive my mom to her appointments after work. There have been 2 separate instances where “the system” was down and they asked us to leave along with a few other patients. While everyone left, I stayed and told them I wasn’t leaving until the system was up and running because I refused to drive back and forth. Somehow, someway, the system was running again and my mother was seen. To make things worse, theirs a Hispanic receptionist at the front desk who had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I was frustrated at the fact that my mother waited 30 minutes just to be told the system was down! I do not recommend this place at all!"

"I can’t thank Dr. Hurst and his team of professionals enough for the exceptional care and treatment plan I received . my procedure was carefully explained every step of the way, which made me feel extremely comfortable. I am thankful to have found such a great doctor with excellent bedside manner.. it seems to be hard to find that these days. well wishes to all.."

"STAY AWAY.. first off this place said they took my medical benefits then I get hit with a bill because the doctor that was there was not on my plan. They never told me that. Second .. I can't seem to get my records from this scam of a place and bring them to my main doctor. This place is an unprofessional joke.. stay away!!!"

"Well, I want to my appointment and I saw the doctor and it happens to be when it was time for them to give me an appointment system went down. It’s been three weeks. I called the clinic to find out what’s going on with my appointment and they tell me the doctor needs to review my nose and schedule me an appointment to me I feel somethings going on with this clinic because it shouldn’t take him out for lunch. Schedule me an appointment for a follow up and they still taking patients system is down, so why is the reason for the long waiting for your appointment? I don’t know that’s my opinion it’s up to you later take a chance. When the doctor was with me, he didn’t even look Tata the sonogram they took of my legs he just came and said blasé blah blah, and that was it I don’ Somethings going on with the system, so that’s all my opinion so watch this clinic. For my appointment."

"Hopefully this is not indicative of the franchise and only the individual office. To be honest, had my husband not had already paid his co-pay we probably would have walked out before seeing the Doctor. The office staff was very unprofessional, chewing gum, horsing around, loud, talking personal topics between themselves loud enough for waiting area to hear, not very friendly. Receptionists also doing sonograms and surgery preps. The office itself was dated, clean enough but showing signs of wear. After the staff had to hunt down the doctor and keep corralling him to the exam room, the doctor himself was good, friendly, knowledgeable, and we will go back for my husbands procedure. But the doctor himself was chewing gum the entire time. If I had to do it again I would choose a different location."
