"Nick, who is the store manager was very unprofessional. He did everything in his power to dismiss me and my issue. He spent 10 minutes going through my phone and at the end said it would be fixed in 10 minutes after I leave. He wouldn’t allow me to wait the 10 minutes. Surprise… it didn’t work. He was disrespectful calling me “buddy”. After reading reviews about him stealing customers information I don’t understand how t mobile can keep someone like this employed. He seemed very shady."
