"This CVS is very unprofessional and rude. I can’t even go shopping without a worker behind my back and asking if I can pay for it. They don’t even ask if I need help, they think everyone is stealing. "Today is Saturday, November 4th, 2023. I visited this CVS location to buy some cough drops. Upon checking out, I noticed that there was only one cashier. He was helping two people at the cash register. That's great, but a place like CVS should have more people at their registers. The self-checkout is a plus, but I needed further assistance that would be very brief. I did not like what the cashier said to me. Before he said what he said, he directed me to the coupon station that dispensed about ten coupons. He said all you have to do is read it. It is not that complicated. Wow, it was interesting that he would say that because if the shoe were on the other foot, he would be offended. I have been to other CVS locations, and those pharmacies have the same technologies and innovative solutions to assist customers. Still, the cashiers are very helpful. And they efficiently checked my rewards via my phone number, and the results were simply yes or no on available coupons. Whereas this guy simply didn't exhibit any courtesy and professionalism."
