"I went into CVS yesterday to collect Christmas cards. I stood at the photo counter for 10 minutes. A young man, Lucas, one finished helping his clients picked up his cell phone, I then walked over and said I have been waiting for photos, to email said they ready. They couldn't find them. I told them my name and also suggested they might be under my daughter's name. They then called someone up front to help look for the photos. They eventually found them, gave them to me, I had to ask for envelopes. I got back to the car, in their parking lot I called the manager, Steve, he just said sorry as though he didn't care. I called CVS head office and put in a complaint as well. I will never set foot in that' store again. I'm now waiting for tomorrow to see if I get a called back from head office. These are supposed to be professional people, especially the manager working with the public. I'm very annoyed and angry the way I was treated."
