"I came here on Saturday 10/10. I bought something that was $14.99 plus tax. I got home and noticed on my bank that I was charged $45.53. I went back because I didn’t have a receipt. When I got there the two guys who were there were no longer there. The man who was was really the cream of the crop, bottom of the barrel. I tried to find out who the guys who over charged me. The owner and manager. I don’t know which one I saw. Steve or Hal(I don’t know if this is correct). I asked the current worker if he could call the owner or manager. He did but he was being rude, raising his voice at me, laughing at me. I tried to find out where the receipts were put. Usually a box. Which they were. I had to dig through the box looking for the receipt. There were ones from the following day but not mine. Surprise surprise. I tried to ask the current guy if he was able to look into the system to match the transaction to my card so I can get it rectified. He said he didn’t have that capability. So what does he do when someone needs to make a return? Wait for the manager to get there the next day? I find it hard to believe the owner/manager has people on a shift together that aren’t capable of rectifying a situation. Thanks for stealing money from me. So funny that the receipt couldn’t be found. Cream of the crop. Truly."

"This is the worst 7/11 I have ever gone to. I’m 27 years old and live in Islip. Ive gone here three times in the past week for a lighter or cigar and the A-hole cashier has asked me every time if my id is fake and then scans it and scowls at me. Go somewhere else."

"Honestly the worst establishment I’ve had the pleasure of going to since returning home. I’m active duty military (above 21 years of age). Went to use my Federal I.D which has photo, age, expiration and all the necessary means to be a VALID form on ID and not one but both cashiers refused to accept it. A manager had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t a valid form of I.D. Please someone explain to me in what state, country or place in the world is this true. Needless to say, this establishment will never again receive my service. This even actually irritated me."
