"Didn’t know I had to specify that the booklet pages be the same size as the protective cover for a printing. Kinda defeats the purpose of paying for a cover. Sigh."

"Where to start... we NEVER use the Walgreens pharmacy until we HAD to. The 1st time my husband went there to pick up a prescription. He gets there and the pharmacist, Maria states they don't take our insurance. My husband called me to let me know. While I was on the phone I was told that she never ran our insurance. So I told my husband to make her run it. She did and it was accepted. If my husband didn't call me, and I didn't push it my child wouldn't have her meds. Maria was very rude and rushed my husband. Like he was a hassle. The 2nd time we had no choice but to go there again. Same thing happens. She says she doesn't take our insurance and that we have to pay out of pocket. So my husband calls me to tell me. I had her run it again, she realizes that it's accepted. She didn't even look to see if we were here before, even though my husband told her we have gotten a prescription for my daughter before. He had to call me again and go through the same thing. The pharmacist, Maria just kept saying no until I demanded she looks it up. She then finds that they do accept our insurance but that the insurance doesn't cover that medication. She doesn't give us options ( i.e. genetic brand or over the counter brand) or help us. She closes down everything and my husband said excuse me I still want to buy the prescription. So I give him a code for goodrx and saved us $20. Side note: The 2nd time my husband went there, another customer was in front of him. He overheard the mom trying to get help from the pharmacist, Maria. She just needed another size nebulizer cover. She basically told her she can't help. She was rude and dismissive. Not only will I not go back unless we NEED to but I will make sure that Walgreens is aware of this. I can't believe how rude this pharmacist is. She works in the health industry. If you don't like helping people and going out of your way to make others better than don't go into the health industry. Maria is rude and unprofessional at best. Steer clear. She does NOT care about your health or well-being. She just cares about taking her break or leaving for the night."

"I had gone into this store to load money onto a Prepaid Debit card and onto my Lift app on Sunday, November 20, 2022 on/about 4:26PM. The cashier was training a new employee and was happy to perform the tasks requested. Money Loaded, good! I still had my PayPal app to add money to, but I had to walk away for a moment to retrieve a barcode for the cashier to scan. Once I retrieved the bar code, I approached the new Trainee of whom was too new to know how to process the transaction, he called Nikki to the front to assist. Nikki was Very nasty and impolite to me and the trainee. She stated that Walgreens does Not conduct those transactions, no matter if for loading or purchasing. I had to correct Nikki and told her that just a moment ago another female clerk had just completed Two of these type transactions. Nikki flew off the handle and found the other clerk near the Photo section and yelled at the clerk. Nikki shouted so much that two other customers walked out of the store! I felt bad for the female clerk getting reprimanded so violently in front of customers. I asked Nikki who her manager was and the document that stated Walgreens Does Not do loading transactions. Nikki barked back at me and told me to look on the website. I tried to apologize but Nikki was so much in a rage that I too had to leave. How dare she yell at me! If I were her boss I would either suspend or terminate her employment for being inconsiderate to customers and poor teamwork abilities! Nikki should be fired for her actions as you can see on the store camera footage. Very rude!"
