"Zero stars!!!!! This is the worst autozone around. They not only sold me the wrong part, they sold me a used part that someone put in the box. They accused me of putting an old part in the box the arrogant clerk belive his name was Daniel said nice try. He was the same person who sold it to me never opened the box but then accuses me of switching it. The manager refused to leave to computer and told me it's not their part and wouldn't even talk to me he should not be a manager of any business not knowing how to deal witg customers. My mechanic ordered the right part from them and had it delivered. When I went in to return and they gave me an issue I said you just delivered the right part and showed them the old right part my mechanic took out the manager smiled and told me to leave. I said how did I end up with this part and a used part for a car I don't even have he just smiled and laughed at me. I called corporate but no response. Do not use this location unless you want to have them steal from you and treat you like garbage. Horrible people here the manager needs to be fired so does the arrogant clerk. I want my money back from these people they stole from me."

"This place has the worst customer service I went in there to get a new battery with them telling me they can replace it … I told them once I shut off my car it WILL not turn back on the employee guaranteed if anything they will be able to turn it back on for me if they can’t physically put the new battery in , after me turning my car off they then tell me they cannot replace the battery because it’s in the back … they then told me I needed to find someone to turn the car back on for me !!!!!! I don’t know why they hire people who know nothing about cars at a car store !"
