"Ordered a product through Walmart from this company and it never arrived. I asked for a refund, they said they would look into it and never heard from again."
"I ordered Joico hair serum from them on Groupon, they sent me perfume instead then when I contacted them they admitted their mistake but refuse to mail the return label to me as I asked several times because I don't have a printer. Is it not bad enough I have to find time and use my gas to drive to a post office... they are not sending the correct product I ordered and the deal is over so I can't even purchase it again if I wanted to. HUGE SCAMMERS and they still have my money. I'm Livid but not giving up. Will report them and write a bad review on every site I can find. Theirs. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM."
"I got an email saying my order is on it's way. I did not order anything and have tried to stop the delivery, but it says it is still coming. I checked all of my credit cards and found no charges yet. They are sending me 2 orders. This has to be a scam."
"nice place to work. unfortunately the people who run it are very incompetent. I worked in the PIO area, we were 5 people who did all the work. our manager (nain) came out, a tiger respected by us. now 12 people work there doing the same job. They didn't want to give us a raise and now they have more people, the human resources didn't even help."
"I ordered a perfume set for a Christmas gift but never received anything. I checked on the status of the order about 8 days later and the order was cancelled without any notification. I'm now scrambling to find this set elsewhere. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence prior to placing the order. It's pretty obvious that this retailer is a fraud. I would never think about coming anywhere close to doing business with perfume worldwide again."
