They made me pay $10 for one of THEIR cardboard boxes. Terrible experience. Cost me $15 to return a pair of boots, and that's why everyone shops at Amazon."
"If I could I would give them negative review stars. They "attempted" to deliver an AC unit 3 times, ofcourse they didn't, left a note at the door, didn't ring the bell or knock. Left a note to come pick up at this location. My 66 old father with a hurt shoulder went to go pick up his AC, asked for help getting it to his car, and with a store full of employees not a single one offered to help. They gave him a trolley and told him no one is allowed to help. He got it on the trolley and when got to his car, after about 10 minutes and gentleman/ stranger walking to his own car helped him put the unit in his car. Humanity is dead at this location, shame on them for not a single employee helping."
"Not much to say since I just dropped a package off for shipping. They staff there was friendly and quick, took my package and handed me a receipt. I was off in record time. So they are efficient. It's in a nice area that didn't appear to get tons of traffic on the weekend, the parking area at around is a good size and parking should not be an issue. They have packing, copying and shipping services available...and even a bathroom for their patrons."
