"Very disappointed in the service. My rewards account is separate from the mail I get to the house, so when I went to use my mailed coupons the woman told me they had been redeemed already. This woman had dark hair in a ponytail and she was quite tall. She seemed to have no idea what she was talking about. Standing next to her was a kind older woman working and she gladly gave the customer next to me who had the same issue her own coupons to use while the woman in front of me refused to even give my coupons back although I knew the only reason they didn’t scan was probably because my number was put into the system. Extremely unfair when the person standing next to me gets to use their rejected coupons yet I couldn’t. I’d understand if I gave the woman an attitude but I kept my composure and gave her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she just didn’t understand how the system worked. I’ve been shopping here forever but I think this past Sunday ( August 18th @ 4:40pm ) was my last day at this location"
